Sunday March 21, 2004:

Micchelli's Pizza defeated Coca-Cola 6-4 in playoff action. Micchelli's jumped out to a 5-1 lead early on goals by the Rutkowski brothers, JJ with 1 and Nick with the Texas hat trick but Coca-Cola refused to pack it in. Keying on a late 2nd period goal by Chris Woolston Coca-Cola clawed their way back to a 5-4 deficit in the 3rd. Micchelli's answered back with a goal by Mike Walker late in the 3rd to make it 6-4 and depended on steller goaltending by Dylan Costanza  to hold off a surging Coca-Cola team to gain the victory.

Wednesday March 10, 2004:

Coca Cola defeated Dolfin Dock tonight 6-3, ending the Dock's playoff run.  Chris Woolston scored four times for Coke and had two assists for Ryan Seckinger who added two goals.  Dan Johns scored two for Dolfin Dock and Ricky Sykora added one.  Jack Woolston got the win in net for Coca Cola.  See the pictures from the action here.
 

Sunday February 15, 2004:

VFW beat up on Coca Cola today 7-0.  Robbie Erskine pitched the shutout in net for the "Green Monster".  Among the scorers were Pat Dutton with the hat trick, John Plenzick, Paddy Milligan with 2, and Brandon Gormley.  See the pictures from the game here.

Saturday February 14, 2004:

Coca Cola got an early Valentine's gift with a 5-0 shutout of Dolfin Dock.  Brittany Merollo lead the scoring with 2 goals, Gary Myers, Chris Woolston and Ryan Seckinger each added a goal for Coke.  Jack Woolston recorded the shutout in net for the team. Here are pictures of the action.

Friday February 13, 2004:

Point to Point defeated the previously undefeated VFW 2 to 1.  Point to Point runs their win streak to 5 games on the strength of superb goaltending by Grant Pfund.  Ian Campbell and Sam Maiman lit the lamp for Point to Point while John Plenzick had the lone goal for VFW.  The teams will meet again in the morning for a rematch.  Don't miss it!!!!!!!!!!!

Thursday February 12, 2004:

Point to Point defeated Coca Cola 3 to 1 to take their current win streak to four games in a row.  Sam Maiman knocked in all three for Point to Point with the last one being an "empty netter".  Chris Woolston had the lone goal for Coke.  Here are some pictures of the action.

Sunday February 8, 2004:

Point to Point again threw a shut out at Micchelli's Pizza making it two in a row for the suddenly emerging team.  Today's 5 to 0 win was the second shut out in a row for new goalie Grant Pfund.  Sam Maiman cranked in a pair while first year Beaver player Justin Phillips also had two.  Riley McGuigan got the other one for Point to Point.

For the second time in two days, Coca Cola pulled out a one point victory over Charlie's 6-5.  Chris Woolston lit the lamp four times for Coke with Brandon Fitzpatrick and Brittany Merollo each adding one.  Gary Myers had two assists for the winners.  Kyle Mott, Justin Smith and Cody Keich each scored for Charlie's.

Saturday February 7, 2004:

Point to Point defeated Micchelli's Pizza 6 to 0 to grab their first win of the season.  Sam Maiman score a "Hat Trick" while Riley McGuigan lit the lamp twice and Beau Turner also scored one.  The defensive effort of Ian Campbell, Joe Lindell, and Nick DiLuzio frustrated Micchelli's forwards all day long.  But the real story was the debut of first year Beaver Grant Pfund between the pipes for Point to Point.  He notched a shut out in spectacular fashion. 

Coca Cola defeated Charlie's 5-4 in a very entertaining Saturday morning game.  Chris Woolston had the hat trick for Coke with Ryan Seckinger adding the other two.  Ryan Mazzeo, Veronica Afflerbach, Kyle Mott, and Cody Keich each scored for Charlie's.

Wednesday January 21, 2004:

Micchelli’s Pizza defeated Coca Cola 6-4 on a frigid night at the courts.  Nick Rutkowski scored 5 times for the winners with Ray Giampapa adding one.  Chris Woolston had the hat trick for Coke and Ryan Seckinger contributed one in a losing cause.  Jay Rutkowski got the win in net for Micchelli’s and Jack Woolston was between the pipes for Coke.

Saturday December 27, 2003:

In the first meeting between Coca-Cola and Dolfin Dock, it was a hard fought battle that ended in a 3-3 tie. This time, it appeared to be headed for the same result. With the score tied at 3-3 late in the third period, Ryan Seckinger lit the lamp for the game winner with 12 seconds left in regulation. Seckinger had the hat trick for Coke with Chris Woolston adding the other goal. Dan Johns had two for Dolfin Dock. The game featured great goaltending at both ends of the court with Jack Woolston in net for Coke and Chris Kaczmarski for the Dock.

Saturday December 20, 2003:

Coca Cola put it all together against Point to Point on Saturday morning cominig away with a 9-2 victory.  Sammy Maiman knocked in both scores for Point.  Chris Woolston had four goals and Ryan Seckinger had two for Coke.  Brittany Merollo, Eric Sammartino and Jack Woolston finished out the scoring for Coke.  Eric Seckinger and Jack Woolston split the time in net for Coke.

Charlie's defeated Dolphin Dock in a "down to the whistle" game today with a score of 4-3.  Ryan Mazzeo and Justin Smith combined to lump up on Dolphin Dock with Mazzeo coming home with the "Hat Trick" and Justin also knocking one in.  C.J. Kazmarski scored 2 for Dolphin with Chrissie Rowland also sending one through the pipes.

Thursday December 18, 2003:

Coca Cola  and Dolphin Dock battle it out for a 3-3 tie. With no overtime in a late night makeup game, Dolphin Dock was down 3-1 after the first, but  they would not take no for answer.  The game action was fast and the shots were many but at the end both sides had to settle for a tie.  Scoring twice for Coke was Chris Woolston with Brittany Merello stuffing one home. The scorers for Dolphin Dock were Dan Johns with a pair along with J.R. Hauser getting one goal for the night.                                                                                                                      

Saturday December 13, 2003:

VFW shut out Dolfin Dock 3 to 0.  Robby Erskine pitched the shut for VFW in the net while Paddy Milligan, John Plenzick, and Nick Radico did the scoring.                                                                                            

 

Wednesday December 10, 2003:

Coca Cola  takes out Micchelli's 4 to 2 with two goals from Bittany Merello and one a piece from the brother duo of Jack and Chris Woolston.  Eric Seckinger got the win between the pipes for Coke.

Dolfin Dock knocked out Point to Point 7 to 5.

VFW defeated Charlie's 6 to 4.  John Plenzick rung up four for VFW and Nick Radico put the other two in the net.  Justin Smith put all four in for Charlie's.
